Orders placed with Priority Express Mail before 1:00 PM PST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.) Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Orders cannot be shipped via an expedited shipping method, such as next day or 2 days.

 

Taxes and Duties

  • All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

 

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged to your credit card in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.

 

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

  • You will have up to 30 days after items have been purchased to exchange the product.
  • Refunds are allowed within the 15 days after your order is delivered.
  • Exchanges can be processed by the same item unless the product is no longer available, in that case the customer can choose another item with a similar price
  • The international and national customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Garota.
  • Items must be in original condition and must not to be worn, used, altered or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any hang-tags, attached.
  • Defective item is granted as exchange to the same item without defect and refund is not allowed unless the item is no longer available.
  • Shoes: Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.

  1. Contact our customer service team by email customerservice@soygarota.com Use any kind of courier that you like (doesn't have to be FedEx, UPS or DHL) but make sure to declare it as return merchandise under US$50for fast clearance.
