- Clearance items and final sales can't be returned or exchanged.
- You will have up to 30 days after items have been purchased to exchange the product.
- Refunds are allowed within the 30 days after your order is delivered.
- Exchanges can be processed by the same item unless the product is no longer available, in that case the customer can choose another item with a similar price
- The international and national customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Garota.
- Items must be in original condition and must not to be worn, used, altered or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any hang-tags, attached.
- Defective item is granted as exchange to the same item without defect and refund is not allowed unless the item is no longer available.
- Shoes: Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
