Return Policy
EXCHANGES/RETURNS
- Clearance items and final sales can't be returned or exchanged.
- There is a restocking fee of $10 to process the return.
- Refunds are allowed within 30 days after your order is delivered.
- Items must be in original condition and must not to be worn, used, altered or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags and ribbon, including any hang-tags, attached.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges can be processed by the same item unless the product is no longer available, in that case, the customer can choose another item with a similar price
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- The international customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Garota.
EXCLUSIONS
- A defective item is granted in exchange for the same item without defect and a refund is not allowed unless the item is no longer available.
- Shoes: Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on a carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
- We don't accept returns for accessories and final sales.
