Return Policy
To request a return, please:
Contact us at garotacustomerservice@gmail.com with the order number and items you wish to return. Let us know if you'd like us to send you a return label (this only applies for shipping within the US). Keep in mind we'll deduct a fee $10 from your refund to cover the shipping cost.
Please allow us 2-3 business days to get back to you with a return label. Remember to include a note inside your package with order number and if you're interested in a an exchange. You can also let us know if you'd prefer a refund to your original method of payment or a Gift Card with 15% extra credit to use on our website any time.
You can also return it directly at our store or send it with UPS to the following address:
EXCHANGES/RETURNS
- Clearance items and FINAL SALE can't be returned or exchanged.
- There is a fee of $10 to process the return if we send you a return label (this only applies in the US and excludes Puerto Rico which is $20).
- Refunds are allowed within 30 days after your order is delivered.
- Items must be in original condition and must not to be worn, used, altered or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags and ribbon, including any hang-tags, attached.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges can be processed by the same item unless the product is no longer available, in that case, the customer can choose another item with a similar price.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- The international customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Garota.
EXCLUSIONS
- A defective item is granted in exchange for the same item without defect and a refund is not allowed unless the item is no longer available.
- Shoes: Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on a carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
- We don't accept returns for accessories and final sales.
